Terms and conditions for BITE SIZED BUNDLE - 3 x 1 hour Singing Lesson

We appreciate that in these uncertain times we do need flexibility for when illness strikes. Please read through the below for our class cancellation policy.

Class Cancellation Policy

If a term is paid for in full, then the student can miss two lessons through-out the term. Please let the studio know about your child’s/your absence prior to the class commencing. Two make-up lessons can be taken by attending a different class that is on offer for the same age group. To arrange your make-up lesson please contact the studio and let them know which class your child/you would like to attend.

Discounts

Discount is applicable only for the purchase of a pack of term singing lessons.

NO REFUNDS

There are no refunds available for term singing lessons, regardless of whether they are purchased individually or as part of a pack of 10.

Scheduling

Lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling may be permitted with advance notice, but missed lessons without prior notification will not be refunded or rescheduled.
